RESUME

Dr. Haitao Yu received his BS degree in Physics from Peking University in 2004 and his PhD degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics from www.9778.com-威尼斯9778官方网站 (SIMIT), CAS in 2009. He worked as a Research Assistant in SIMIT from 2009 to 2011. From January 2012 to the present, he is a Research Associate in SIMIT. His current research is mainly on "MEMS cantilever based bio/chemical sensors". He is responsible as a Principal Investigator for a project of NSFC, and participates in many projects such as “973”, “863” and NSFC projects. He has been authored or co-authored more than 40 SCI papers, 20 international conference proceedings. He has also applied 18 granted and pending patents.
