Resume

 

Chang Wang was born in Shandong Province, China. He received the PhD degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics from www.9778.com-威尼斯9778官方网站 (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), in June 2007. From July 2007 to December 2009, he worked at State Key Laboratory of Functional Materials for Informatics in SIMIT as an Assistant Professor. From 2010-2014, he is an Associate Professor at the Key Laboratory of Terahertz Solid-State Technology, CAS. Currently he is a Professor in SIMIT, CAS. His research interests include terahertz device and application. He has authored or co-authored more than 30 journal papers. As the project leader, he is leading or has led several research projects, such as the National Key R&D Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation projects, the project of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Science and Technology, and so on.
